The MG6800 and 7720 series printers are reportedly more or less the medium and higher end variants (again, not listed). which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).<br><br><br>Okay, so it sort of was what I was expecting (as in I wasn't expecting it to work), yet it also wasn't what I was expecting (that the pixma driver actually did pick up on the scanner and recognized it).
