[sane-standard] SANE2 TODO list updated

Hi everyone,

I've just finished updating the TODO list for SANE standard version 2.
I've tried to list all the proposals/new options that were mentioned
on sane-devel. The list has also been converted to HTML.

Please have a look at it and tell me anything I missed.

Once we have decided how to call the sane2 CVS repository, I'll create
it. For now, It will only contain the standard and similar documents.

By the way: This list has the same settings as sane-devel. So please
reply to the list and not to the authors.
