[sane-standard] More device properties

I suggested adf-{side,offset} in order to let the frontend developer do
the hardware job. As a (mainly) frontend developer, i proposed only the
adf-{side,offset,…} options. But obviously, some backend developer
implement a lot of features in the backend (yeah, i have allan in mind,
plustek backend has also a lot of options). :)
