[Secure-testing-team] changelog CAN autochecker

Back in March Joey pointed out this useful script and both Andrew and
Uwe mentioned that they might try their hands at adapting the script.
Did any/either of you get anywhere with this? It would be a shame if
it were a dropped ball as it looks really useful!
