[Secure-testing-team] introduction

Hi all,

Micah just added me to the alioth project after I sent one too many
snippets of info about embedded copies to his IRC client :)

For now I'll only be touching data/embedded-code-copies in SVN.

I'm not subscribed to the list or on the IRC channel for now, so please
ping me if I do something wrong.

Thanks to white for suggesting I get involved (a year ago, woops).
