I don't think this bug is important.  Few people will run the usrmerge package 
and I think it will be even less popular among SE Linux users because they are 
the people who don't tend to go for such exciting changes when they are 
optional.

In addition I don't want to risk important bugs delaying package transition.

I will upload a fix for this in a few days.
