Felix takfp for latest Felix version is broken.
However the shootout still gives a result.

It looks like the scripts are running the expected
executable which is 'still hanging around' from the last
successful compilation, perhaps picking up the result
data file from the last successful run, or even running
the program from an entirely old place -- which might explain
why some of the new tests show 'no program'?
