[Simple-cdd-devel] simple-cdd bug...

I've found a bug in build-simple-cdd script:

the KERNEL_PARAMS export option was malformed,
the keyboard option passed to the kernel wasn't working.

I've added an option to generate a DVD.

here is my patch.
