[Simple-cdd-devel] python environment handling (http_proxy)

I ran a build with the python branch again, and something broke in
handling environment variable handling, at least with http_proxy.

It seems that if http_proxy is set in both the environment *and*
profiles/*.conf, http_proxy is set when wget runs, but not when reprepro
is run. If it's set in profiles/*.conf, but not the environment,
http_proxy is set when wget is run, but not when reprepro is run!

I suspect this may affect other variables as well. :/

Will try to troubleshoot this more tomorrow...

live well,
