No, I'm not; what I wanted to say with my poor English is that some mentors
explicitly said that the idea behind the proposal is not good, which means
that we shouldn't consider the project even if it'll be over the line. I'm
really sorry for my communication limits, I'm studying to improve it.

For this reason, it would be important to have other feedbacks about the
usefulness of the project, which is an evaluation disjoint from that
particular application.

FWIW, I already scored all the proposals nearby the line.
