I must say it may not be the most used backend bugtracker of mylyn, but
I imagine there will be quite a few Eclipse (and more in the future)
users doing package maintenance or bug reporting to Debian.

Well... at least for querying in read mode (SOAP, etc.) ;)... I'm not
exactly sure if Mylyn is able to work easily with asynchronous
interfaces such as bug modification in debbugs in write mode : but that
could be an interesting challenge.

I'll try and draft something more detailed in the wiki.
