[Soc-coordination] Admins for the next few days and end of application period

Hi,

I will be at a conference until Friday so I might be busy during the
day in Europe and the end of the student application period is coming
fast.
It would be cool if someone else coordinate with me to *actively*
manage the applications, mentors and students during the next few days
to make sure that no one falls through any cracks and we get the most
and best applications in.
