[Soc-coordination] gsoc for aptitude & qt

hi all,
i'm a student of Faculty of Engineering of the University of Pisa, Italy.
i follow the Specialized Laurea Degree in “Computer Engineering for
Enterprise Management”.
i'm a debian fun and i work as sysadmin for a little company in florence.

i'd like to make gsoc following:
Aptitude Qt

Mentor: Sune Vuorela, Daniel Burrows
Summary: Write a Qt Gui for aptitude, maybe inspired by aptitude-gtk and
adept
Required skills:
- some c++ - understanding of packaging - some Qt
Description: Write a nice Qt frontend for aptitude. For inspiration, there
is aptitude-gtk and for code snippets, there is the possibility to borrow
things from adept

how can i make this?
