Can you please take this to -project and/or -publicity?  If you really
want to try have a huge list of tasks, I suggest having a wiki page and
trying to get many eyes on it. I like the idea of RC bugs, and I don't
think the fact they are not necessarily trivial should block us. On the
other hand, we should probably fear a bit the risk of getting the bug
log "SPAM-ed" by non experienced people; we surely don't want to add
extra overhead in fixing them during a Freeze.
