[Soc-coordination] Week 14 - Debian Android App

Hello again,

This week I improved the documentation quite a lot, added a schematic
of the code structure and re-organized the packages/classes of the
app. I have a few extra sentences to add to the readme but it's mostly
done.
In the upcoming weeks I'll do some final adjustments and tests for the
app (and probably translate it to 2 more languages as well) and will
then release it to google play store. I will also post to
planet-debian when that happens to inform whoever is interested.
I will gladly continue adding the other features in the todo section
later on and building the app even more. :)
The app fulfills the use cases described during the start of the gsoc
and is quite easy to extend in the future as well.
