[Soc-coordination] GSOC 2015 Week 7: Coinstallable PHP Versions

This week, I tried installing the new packages, with each pair of 5.X
packages being installed together, or in sequence. As when I'd ported
changes from 5.6 to 5.5, mistakes I'd made while modifying the packages
came to light. The shared library files installed by libphp-embed now have
versioned suffixes,a decision I'm not sure of, as the SONAMEs of these
files don't have such versions. Still, ldconfig seems to handle them fine.
Some small work done in creating metapackages and making the php*mod
commands work for all packages were made redundant by work elsewhere. I've
started making changes in the dh-php5 and will be starting work on the
modules.
