[Soc-coordination] [Report: GSoC 2015 Week 8] Blends Web Sentinel

Week 8: [July 13 - July 19]

- Completed rewrting tasks_udd.py
- Completed rewriting blendstasktools_udd.py
- tasks_udd.py is running succesfully for blends (debian-med,
debian-science, debian-games) as on July 18 2015

Week 9:

- Solve Unicode Errors in tasks_udd.py for older dumps of UDD
- Ensure that the files are in correct sections in the tasks pages created
- Solve pkgstatus and licensing issue for certain packages
- Importing the prospective package information from the tasks files into
UDD
