[Soc-coordination] week 9 - Automated configuration of packaged web applications‏‎

This week I finished making corrections that my mentor asked. The
corrections is now on in the master.

It was also decided with my mentor to force https in applications. In
email cookbook and owncloud this is already done. The work is in the branch:
