[Soc-coordination] [Report][Week #9] Archive build with asan

This is report for work of week #9:

- First pass of searching run time failures is almost done.
- List of run time failures is here[1], and log for these is here[2].
- This list is only for packages which were not present already in the
system, now I will check for packages already installed manually.
- I need to clean the log and categorize these failures.
- I will look into possible ways to publish a repo of packages build with
  ASan.
- Parallel to this I will start with debile again, and will check what are
the       required changes for our goal.
