[Spip-maintainers] Bug#521682: long descriptions doesn't contain what spip actually is

	Hi!

 The long description of SPIP only contains what its benefits are, but
it doesn't state what SPIP actually _is_. Refering to the short
description isn't helpful here, the long description should be able to
stand for itself. Also, out of curiosity, what does SPIP itself stand
for? I guess it's an acronym?
