Thanks for the report and the suggestions, I just tried to address your
concerns in an updated version of README.Debian, could you please
confirm it would fit, or if some parts are still obscure?

Olivier, about #651158, I'm not sure it would be reasonable to rely on
dbconfig-common, for a package that offer mutualisation (multisite),
with a preferably independent database and user for each site. If the
third point address the main concerns, I'd like to merge it to this bug.
