[Spip-maintainers] Bug#880540: spip: upgrade removes Postgres access and all sections and articles

Dear Maintainer,

after the upgrade to this version, I could no longer log in as an author. After trying
lots of things I found this:

(neither the English nor the German documentation contain this hint).

Now I can access the site again — but it is empty.
