Package: splashy
Version: 0.3.5
Severity: important

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I'm using splashy together with upstart, but everytime I boot with the 'splash' flag (splash=verbose and
others don't work) I get the following message:
Splashy ERROR: Connection refused
Splashy ERROR: Timeout (120 sec) occured while waiting for a message on the Splashy socket

In order to see it I have to close the splash screen.
At the point that message is displayed (two or three lines below the Starting boot splash... one) the
boot process stopped.

Note: I'm NOT using splashy in the initramfs
