[Splashy-devel] Fedora/OpenSUSE RPMs

Hello all,

I'm glad to announce that Splashy now supports RPMs natively. The process is
as simple as:

git clone [ssh|git]://git.debian.org/git/splashy/splashy.git (*)
cd splashy
./autogen.sh
make dist-gzip
mv splashy-0.3.6.tar.gz /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/splashy-0.3.6.tar.gz
rpmbuild -ba splashy.spec
rpm -ihv /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/splashy-0.3.6-1.i386.rpm

ldd /usr/sbin/splashy

Note that Splashy RPM packages need more help. Splashy should be really
installed in /sbin/splashy. And other minor changes are needed. Also, we
need initrc scripts that work for Fedora (OpenSuSE already have their own).

Enjoy!

(*) use ssh or git depending on whether you are a Splashy developer or not
