Package: splashy
Version: 0.3.13-3
Severity: wishlist

When using a X display manager whose name begins with a letter which
comes after "s" (i.e. Xdm), K01splashy comes before K01xdm in
initscripts for runlevels 0 and 6. So, splashy is run before Xdm stops.
When X stops, it changes the current virtual terminal to vt1, and by
default, splashy operates on vt8, so from the user point of vue, splashy
appears only during a short while. If you change sequence number to a
higher value (say 05), then splashy starts just after X server shutdown
and you can see the beautiful splashy screen until complete shutdown.
