[Splashy-devel] Bug#515640: splashy: notify user if filesystem check is performed

Splashy does not tell the user if a filesystem check is performed. This might lead 
users to believe that the system would hang. 

It would be useful if splashy detected the filesystem check and provided a second 
progress bar for that.
