[Splashy-devel] Bug#517922: splashy: Postinst fails on etch-lenny upgrade

I'm upgrading etch to lenny. First I get this:

    trying to overwrite `/etc/splashy/themes', which is also in package splashy-themes

/etc/splashy/themes.old already exist, please remove this directory or file

Then, if I rm -rf /etc/splashy/themes.old I get:

Aside from the conflict (which isn't great), it should definitely behave well
with different combinations of /etc/splashy/themes* existing or not.
