[Splashy-devel] Bug#545931: upstart: fails to boot with splashy

Well, splashy is working fine on my machine with sysvinit.

However, I have no knowledge to judge whether it is splashy or upstart who is 
in fault in this situation, so I won't judge on the assignment.
