I think we shouldn't continue to provide binaries (only source) to<br>avoid them to being outdated.</blockquote><div><br><br>Yes, I thought about providing only sources in the Splashy project page, but a surprisingly large number of people go there to download the binaries... So I copied the x86 version of the package from Debian to the project's release file system.
<br><br>This helps Splashy keep on top of the Alioth announcement page as well, making it even more popular ;-)<br><br>(I deleted some of the old distributions by mistake and this deleted our download statistics. This is the reason why Splashy went from being the number 1 project to number 9 or so in Alioth... oh well, we will get there again one of these days).
