cool.

Funnily enough, I had vague plans to write a wikipedia elvi,
but he's beaten me to it.

I've tweaked it and added it to cvs (NAMESPACE branch).

I also took out the stuff in the amazon elvi that appears to refer to
a partner thingy, so presumably someone somewhere made money every
time something was bought via the amazon elvi.

I've updated the changelog for the above, and to acknowledge the NMUs.

So... now all we need is someone to upload it.
