Default graphical browser setting is empty

  # name/path of browser executable
  # e.g mozilla, netscape etc
  def   SURFRAW_graphical_browser 

On Debian it would be handy if it were set to the system
default graphical web browser, like so.

  # name/path of browser executable
  # e.g mozilla, netscape etc
  def   SURFRAW_graphical_browser /etc/alternatives/x-www-browser
