[Surfraw-devel] Bug#528299: surfraw: Incorrect Vcs-Browser URL

Due to the recent Alioth upgrade, the Vcs-Browser URL for packages using
Alioth's CVS repositories changed.  This can be fixed by running the
following command:

  sed -i '/Vcs-Browser/s!plugins/scmcvs/[^?]*?cvsroot=!scm/viewvc.php/?root=!' debian/control
