[Surfraw-devel] Another patch!

Hey, folks!

Just another quick patch. This one's a little bigger than the last, though.

There are two new elvi: [bookfinder][] and [bugmenot][]. In addition, I added
some glue that (according to my tests) seems to make it easier to use [tmux][]
instead of screen as $SURFRAW_screen. Part of this is the addition of the
variable SURFRAW_screen_args, which is set to an empty string by default and is
exactly what it sounds like -- arguments for the $SURFRAW_screen invocation.

    [bookfinder]: http://www.bookfinder.com/
    [bugmenot]: http://www.bugmenot.com/
    [tmux]: http://tmux.sourceforge.net/

One caveat with the bugmenot elvis is that the site doesn't seem to like text
browsers. C'est la vie, I suppose.

Everything is in a single patch, but minipatches are available upon request.
