  It has never been used in the git history either, perhaps the
advert(surfraw.IN:466) was enabled at one time?

  Good catch.

  cef8ddad was the change to 2009 and that was on the 1st of March, so
I guess the next change is right on schedule :)  It is a change I'm
leaving to Ian though, as there may be policy I'm unaware of for
changing files in debian/.
