[Surfraw-devel] a small change

So, should I keep posting info about every small change I post here or
rely on those interested to read the changelogs?

Anyway, the google elvi has grown a -safe= option to handle Safe
Search. Values: default, strict, moderate, off

The default is 'default', logically enough.
