Hi Mentors,

The suggested web framework to be used in the project is Django/Pylons, but
i would urge you to look into Flask as an alternative. Flask is a minimal
python web framework, which is indeed sufficient for a project with as
limited scope as this. It has a templating system, a url routing scheme and
minimal caching which should be sufficiently good for this project.

For example, in one of the earlier discussions on the mailing list, Sukhbir
advised against use of ORM's because of the simple DB structure and Flask
does not come with a default ORM as it keeps things to minimal. I would
like to know what the mentors think about this. Thank you.
