[tryton-debian] dependencies for 4.2 on jessie

Hi JC,

That's probably more of a "work around" than a solution :).

I find it interesting that adding another Tryton source solves this problem
because I am pretty sure that python-simpleeval is not provided by the
Tryton repo.
