[Tux4kids-discuss] [GSoC '15] Tux Paint and Tux Math

Hi,
    I am currently a 2nd year B.Tech student at IIT Indore,India. I have 7
years of programming experience in C++. I have created many games and
softwares in C++ using many libraries including a 2-D Mario like game in
SDL.
.
I wanted to contribute to the Tux project. I am interested in 2 of the
projects :
1. Tux Paint - *Wallpaper tool/mode like the pattern magic tool that
affects the behavior of the overall program :*
    this really seems to me as an interesting idea to be incorporated in an
app and hence i found it interesting.
2. Tux Math - *Create unit tests for Tux Math and t4k_common :*
    I would really like to create some self-testing option in Tux Math and
i guess it will be worth spending time.
.
It would be really helpful if anyone could provide me guidance on how to
proceed further for contributing to these projects (what will be the main
focus of these projects and what extra things i might need to learn .... ).
