The "Practice" activity records the time needed to type the sentence.  I don't 
think it would be prohibitively difficult to implement the features you would 
like, but as of yet the program doesn't do these things.  They sound like 
good things to add in the future.

(by "synchronism" do you mean percent correct, or something like that?)
