[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] sound addition to tux typing

Hi ,
 Regarding the gsoc idea of adding sound to tuxtype,the factor of
understandability of available text to speech converters has to be
considered as an issue,especially when things regarding visually challenged
,as was discussed earlier,are being brought to domain of
concern.Think it has to be discussed here.
