Looks like a configuration issue. This should be set in
cmake-modules/FindRSVG.cmake, don't know why it's not. Where are the
RSVG headers located, do you know?

TuxType can't be built with CMake; you must use autotools:

autoreconf --install --verbose

The mailing lists are the best place to discuss 99% of issues,
including this one. Other devs might be able to offer additional help.
I won't be available very much this weekend, so don't rely on me
personally. That said, don't give up!
