[ubuntu-dev] Bug#864963: Uploading NMU to drop gdebi-kde package

I am "fixing" this bug by not building the gdebi-kde package any more
since this is the last package in Debian depending on pykde4. I have
uploaded this to Debian's DELAYED/15 queue. Please let me know if I
should speed up or delay the upload.
