For packaging OCaml stuff, we are sharing patches (though not the VCS
itself) between Debian (us) and Fedora. The main packager, and
coordinator, of the Fedora packaging (a RedHat employee) is subscribed
to our mailing list (debian-ocaml-maint at lists.debian.org) and
contribute to the discussions there.

Out of memory I do remember that there are cases where the actual VCS
is shared between Debian and Ubuntu, but I forgot the actual examples.

Cheers.
