Project-Builder is a new tool designed to help projects producing packages for multiple Linux distributions and architectures, on a regular basis aka "Continuous Packaging". Its value add is around a macro system, the independance of VCS (SVN, Git, Mercurial, CVS, ...) and packaging system (RPM, deb, ebuild, ...), a set of virtual machines or virtual environments and their management, the integration of all phases from VCS extract up to delivery, ... It has been rewritten from scratch to be independent from projects and now supports many FLOSS projects. It currently helps building packages for MondoRescue, LinuxCOE, fossology, netperf, rinse and itself.
