[Virtual-pkg-base-maintainers] Bug#752586: base: Headphones sound lost in system restarting

I restarted the system using "sudo shutdown -r now" and the headphones sound
has been lost, both Debian and Windows, until I turned off the system via "sudo
shutdown -hP now". When I turned on the computer headphones worked again.
