USB RNDIS_Host ethernet adapter show many(~66% of total packets) rx and frame errors, maximum brandwidth ~400kbps instead of 10mbps.
Same result with latest Jessie or Linux Mint, The problem does NOT persists in Fedora, CentOS, Ubuntu.
