As you can see from other bug reports, I've tested the grub2 support,
and when fixing bug #767913 it is working fine for me.  So the problem
this bug is about, not being able to upgrade the kernel in a
vmdebootstraped installation, using grub is an OK solution. :)

I still believe extlinux should handle upgrades, but do not care much
as I will use grub as soon as bug #767913 is fixed.

BTW, extlinux is still configured by vmdebootstrap.  If this is not
intended, the code in the install_grub2() function need to be changed
to drop extlinux if grub installed as it should.
