That's an excellent point, valid for configuration files (it'd be OK
on the command line). That would need to be solved in cliapp, and the
only sensible way of doing that (that I can think of) is to
(optionally) use YAML for configuration files.

I stand by my opinion, however, that adding another level of option
parsing would be confusing. vmdebootstrap's already difficult to use
(and I say that as its original author).
