I just noticed that you are already a member of the project.

I think that, to avoid bureaucracy, that vrms should be moved to
collab-maint and the special project be killed, but, of course, I
would like to have Bdale's opinion on this.

In the mean time, please push your changes to the project repo.

Also, I think that we should have a mechanism so we encourage more
packages to register with vrms to explain why they aren't Free
Software.
