 /usr/share/bugzilla/lib/importxml.pl : missing "use lib "/usr/share/bugzilla";" because Bugzilla.pm is not found otherwise.
 but what makes this completly disfunctional is this:  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366672  and  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36
